These districts have not yet implemented BYOD policies; this student/researcher has studied whether or not it is feasible for these districts to implement. This is his scholarly paper reporting on the percentage of students who have devices and access to Internet outside of the school day. The findings show that four out of the six districts could successfully implement policies.
